Established in 1998 by Hamish Laurie and now headed up by both Hamish and his wife Kate, whose Oenology training in Champagne have helped produce wines that are at once traditional and contemporary. Generous red cherry, spice and lifted strawberry accents are framed in a vibrant coral-pink. A beautiful example of Australian fizz to rival the greats of Champagne.
