Gruyère, Raw Cow's Milk • Gruyère District, Switzerland
Gruyère is truly one of the most well know cheeses around the world and for good reason! With a complex balance of sweetness and salt this cheese is bursting with flavour regardless of its age. Hailing from the great Alps of Switzerland, this cheese was produced with summer milk. These huge 30+ kg wheels are meticulously washed and turned for years prior to being ready for consumption. On the palate there are notes of caramel, mushroom, hay, earth and fruit with that classic nutty spice we have all come to love.

Semi-Hard, Sheep's Milk • South Gippsland, Victoria
A hard vintage sheep cheese speckled with native mountain pepper berry. Aged over 12 months with a natural rind, the pepper gives a fresh eucalyptus flavour and aroma. Made from spring milk grown in the hills upstream from the small valley township of Kongwak, overshadowed by a hilltop bushland reserve. Only a powerful cheese like this deserves such a namesake. This cheese is a true representation of the Australian bush and native terroir.
L'Artisan Petit Rouge
Washed Rind, Cow's Milk • Mortlake, Victoria
Third generation cheese maker Matthieu Megard makes Petit Rouge using organic milk from the Great Ocean Road. Petit Rouge is a semi soft cow’s milk cheese washed in an annatto mixture to impart a bright orangey-red colour to its thin and sticky rind. This beautifully coloured rind contains a dense paste that slowly breaks down to a rich, velvety texture as it ages. With a savoury, meaty flavour this cheese is perfect for those who like their cheeses to have both a strong aroma and an equally strong flavour.

Brets Porcini Mushroom Chips
Brets are based in Central Brittany (or Breton in French) and still 100% family owned today. Brets partner with 285 local potato farmers in Brittany and the Auvergne and only use potatoes that are suitable for the production of chips. These chips are made with porcini mushroom and they boast a strong, earthy flavour.
