This Gouda is produced in the Utrecht region in The Netherlands, using traditional techniques in order to obtain a real melt-in-the-mouth paste. Packed full of fresh truffle giving it an intense aroma and flavour.
Well paired with an off-dry Reisling and fresh fruit.
