Ashley and Jane Huntington are passionate farmers and brewers in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley. Taking the living beer styles of Belgium as inspiration, Ashley uses only farm grown hops, barley and wheat to emulate this time honoured style of brewing. Naturally fermented and soured, this pours a gorgeous copper colour. It’s a tart, refreshing citrusy style with notes of hay and barnyard funk.
Pair with stronger washed rind cheeses like Langres or Epoisses.
