Made from 50% pinot noir, 40% chardonnay and 10% pinot meunier from Barringwood’s original Lower Barrington Vineyard. Showing a fresh palate with fine bead and crisp minerality, apple and citrus characters with hints of sea spray. Enjoy with grilled prawns or whole roasted fish.
