Tanqueray’s Rangpur Gin is distilled with rare Rangpur limes and a touch of mandarin. The citrus tang marries well with Pernod’s anise characters and the cucumber helps level out the acidity whilst complimenting the citrus elements.
Ingredients: Tanqueray Rangpur gin, Pernod, lime juice, orgeat syrup
To Serve: We finish it by muddling with some cucumber before pouring and adding a lime twist. A lightly smashed stick of cucumber will do the same job as muddling. Serve chilled in a martini glass (preferably).
