Long Paddock's artisan, handmade, Organic, cultured butter is in store now. This butter is lightly salted decadence. Long Paddock makes their butter every time they make their semi hard cheese Banksia, meaning we only get a very small allocation every few months. 

Long Paddock was started by Julie and Ivan Larcher who moved from France to Castlemaine. Using their years of cheese making experience they began to make incredible Artisan cheeses. They have also started Australia's first artisan cheese-making school with the help of Alison Lansley  from Australian Specialist Cheesemakers’ Association and Carla Meurs and Ann-Marie Monda from Holy Goat .
