Our Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is produced exclusively with the milk of the rare Reggiana red cow – a traditional breed of the region and considered to be the ‘mother’ of parmigiano cheese.
Our Reggiano hails from the Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy.
This Queen was made in Febuary 2017 So it’s 4 and a half years old! This cheese has an incredible depth of flavour. Displaying fruity and nutty characters on the palate and is bursting with crunchy crystals! Fabulous eaten straight, and grated over...pretty much everything.
