What if there’s a problem with my order? 

Whether it’s in the shop or home delivered we stand behind the quality of what we offer.  If for some reason the product is not up to standard, we want to hear from you.  Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you, by email: shop@springstreetgrocer.com.au or phone: 03 9639 0335. 

We may ask you to send us some photos of the product to help us better understand the issue.  Just return it to the store with proof of purchase for a full refund or a replacement product.
