Store Pick-Up

Nominate Store Pick-Up at Checkout and we will have your order ready for you at your nominated pick-up time. Phone us when you arrive if you would like the order brought out to your car.

 

Home Delivery

Currently we’re delivering 7 days across Melbourne.  As a rule of thumb, we deliver within 10km of our shop at 157 Spring Street.  Check with our postcode search to see if we’re able to deliver to your suburb. 

Swaps and Stocks

If there’s something you’ve seen in store before, but can’t find it on the website, please email us at shop@springstreetgrocer.com.au before 5pm.  We receive new goodies every week, so if we’ve got it in store, we’ll do our best to add some to your order.

If we don’t have stock of something you’re ordered, let us know if you’re happy for us to swap out a similar item, or if you’d prefer to just leave it off your shopping list. 

Contactless delivery

We deliver from Spring Street Grocer direct to your door using contactless delivery.  All staff are trained in these protocols. 

How does contactless delivery work?

We deliver to your door daily between 1pm and 5pm

Order by midday for same day delivery, if ordering after midday, we’ll pack your order for next day delivery.   

Delivery is free for orders over $150, otherwise delivery is a flat rate of $15

You’ll receive notifications by email, when the order is on its way to you.

Our delivery person will leave your delivery at your door

As soon as our delivery person returns to the van they’ll call you on the number you’ve provided to let you know that your package has been delivered.

How is my delivery packed?

Depending on the size of your order, we pack your products in recyclable cardboard boxes or brown kraft bags. 

Fresh is best ~ health and safety

Fresh produce, meat, dairy and cheese is perishable.  We pack your orders fresh on the day of delivery.  Our delivery van is refrigerated so your goods will be cold on arrival.  It’s important both for quality and food safety that you refrigerate your goods as soon as possible after delivery.    Once we deliver, you’re responsible for these goodies.  If you know you might have to pop out and won’t be there to receive your order, please leave an esky/chilly bin/ice box/cooler with a cooling pack at the front door so we can leave it there for you (if you’ve not tried them yet, check out Techni-ice, they’re fantastic, as used by the SES).
