Nominate Store Pick-Up at Checkout and we will have your order ready for you at your nominated pick-up time. Phone us when you arrive if you would like the order brought out to your car.  Pick up orders must be places at least 1 day prior to when you intend to collect it.

Swaps and Stocks

If there’s something you’ve seen in store before, but can’t find it on the website, please call or email us at info@springstreetgrocer.com.au.  We receive new goodies every week, so if we’ve got it in store, we’ll do our best to add some to your order.

If we don’t have stock of something you’re ordered, let us know if you’re happy for us to swap out a similar item, or if you’d prefer to just leave it off your shopping list. 

How is my order packed?

Depending on the size of your order, we pack your products in recyclable cardboard boxes or brown kraft bags. 

Fresh is best ~ health and safety

Fresh produce, meat, dairy and cheese is perishable.  We pack your orders fresh on the day of delivery.  Our delivery van is refrigerated so your goods will be cold on arrival.  It’s important both for quality and food safety that you refrigerate your goods as soon as possible after delivery.    Once we deliver, you’re responsible for these goodies.  If you know you might have to pop out and won’t be there to receive your order, please leave an esky/chilly bin/ice box/cooler with a cooling pack at the front door so we can leave it there for you (if you’ve not tried them yet, check out Techni-ice, they’re fantastic, as used by the SES).
