This is a semi hard goat's milk cheese made by Jack Holman from Stone & Crow in the Yarra Valley. The Curfew has a rich flavour and complex tones of roasted nuts with a buttery caramel finish and an even consistency to the paste. As the name might suggest, The Curfew was crafted in 2020 during Victoria's curfew. Jack Holman is the cheesemaker of Stone & Crow, making cheese at the micro- dairy called Crow’s Nest, located at Rob Dolans Wines in the Yarra Valley.
