Bonilla a la Vista Patatas Fritas Tin

These Spanish patatas fritas, or potato chips, have been made by the Bonilla family for over 80 years. The crisps — made from potatoes grown in the Galician hills — are thinly sliced then slowly cooked in cold pressed olive oil and finished with a light sprinkling of salt.
