Chorizo Soup

Autumn made special!

A generous serving for one; or a nice entrée for two to share. Simply reheat in a saucepan on stove-top until simmering hot. 

Ingredients: Chorizo, onion, parsley, garlic, thyme, veggie stock, salt and pepper, chickpeas, sugo, smoked paprika, cumin, potato and tomato.
