Hailing from the Province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, our Parmigiano Reggiano DOP is produced exclusively with the milk of the rare Reggiana red cow – a traditional breed of the region considered to be the ‘mother’ of parmigiano cheese.
Parmigiano Reggiano has an incredible depth of flavour, displaying fruity and nutty characters on the palate and bursting with crunchy crystals! Fabulous eaten as is, and grated over... pretty much everything.
