Riverine is the only Buffalo milk blue cheese made in Australia! Buffalo milk has a slightly higher fat content than cow's milk, and the result is an extremely smooth and creamy cheese.
The cheese is slightly sweet, with almost fruity flavours complementing the beautiful texture. A lightly salted and spiced blue with a must eat rind that is bursting with barnyard characteristics and nutty flavours such as pistachios.
