The Farm is located in the Utrecht region which is a city too, in the middle of Netherland just below Amsterdam.
This pressed cheese is produced using traditional techniques in order to obtain a real melt-in-the-mouth paste. This cheese has been packed full of fresh truffle giving it an intense truffle aroma and flavour. The cheese is aged for 3 months in warm cellars and is washed twice a week during the maturing process in order to produce a lovely natural rind then it is waxed (like all the gouda cheese)
The cheese softens after the three months ageing process and blends sweetness and flavours.
