Raw Cow's Milk
An Alpine cheese made of Raw cow's milk. Le Maréchal’s paste has a distinctive aroma of butter, dried fruits, and a touch of barnyard. Its flavour is intense and lingering, with notes of salted caramel, roasted almonds, herbs and classic Swiss spice. A mix of herbs that grow locally are rubbed by hand over the cheese’s surface giving it a vivid green herbaceous rind.
